I just started visiting Francisco Cruz, MD, and began with his assistant, Mimi, who is extremely sweet, kind, likable, and patient. His secretary Mel is efficient, and courteous. In general, his staff is highly courteous from the time I called for an appointment, they're very friendly, and made me feel comfortable and welcome during my visit. I’ve been impressed by Dr Cruz's kindness, patience, and knowledge. He took the time to go over my lengthy diagnoses and list of medications and discussed them with me. Dr Cruz is not only knowledgeable but I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic I was given at the Urgent Care a day prior, and the Dr had the courtesy to CALL ME AT HOME, HIMSELF, several times to check my condition and set up a treatment plan. I appreciate Dr Cruz's call back to check on my progress. In over thirty years of being a patient and having several doctors assist me, this is the first time I have received a call back from the doctor himself! Dr Cruz is amazing. He listened carefully and addressed all my concerns. You don’t have to wait long for appointments and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Dr Cruz and his office!
